Wife to my partner alex and mama to my sweet babygirl Willow.

I was obsessed with birth long before I fell pregnant. For as long as I can remember all I’ve ever wanted to be was a mother. I grew up in a family of OBGYNs so birth was a REGULAR topic in my home. Like super, regular. To hear the word “vagina” at the table was semi-normal. (My family definitely gets some points for desensitization in my early years.) So when I started my photography journey, Birth Photography was a given. I photographed my first birth in 2018 and FELL IN LOVE! Then, I photographed my first unmedicated, water ‘woo-hoo hippie birth’ and I was in awe.

THIS is what I was meant to do!

Fast forward to “falling pregnant” with my daughter. She was the most beautiful surprise. My husband had just been discharged from the United States Marines and I had just lost my job as a Preschool teacher. Everything felt overwhelming but exciting at the same time. We had a new adventure ahead of us and a God-given fresh start.

So, we decided to move from California to Texas baby! 

All that to say, we didn’t exactly have it in the budget to have a photographed birth. This hit a chord with me and I wanted to be a space in that gap. So here I am, doing what I love and ..

providing photography for EVERY MOM, regardless of where they are in life or how heavy their wallet is.
